What You’ll Do:

✨ What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality, hands-on instruction and trade demonstrations in construction trades.

Teach relevant technical, academic, and employability skills through classroom and shop/lab activities.
Maintain a safe, orderly, and professional learning environment.
Collaborate with administration and a program advisory committee to shape long-range goals for the program.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 4,000 hours of recent, relevant work experience in the construction field (within the past 10 years).
Certifications: Ability to earn and maintain an Annual Career Authorization or a valid Michigan Career and Technical Education Certificate in Construction Trades (CIP 46.0000).
A current, valid Builders License is preferred!
Skills: Strong classroom management, great communication skills, and a genuine desire to work positively with young people.
Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, lift up to 40 lbs., and a valid driver’s license (if driving is required).
