Dickinson-Iron Technical Education Center - Automation, Robotics, Electronics, and Mechanical Robotics Club, A.K.A. DITEC_A.R.M.E. is a recently formed Robotics Club open to area high school students interested in Robotics, Electronics, Automation, Engineering, Mechatronics, or any other related field. The Club is a member of FIRST Robotics and competes in the FIRST TECH CHALLENGE robotics competitions. Club members must work as a team to design, build, program, and test robots using the VEX Robotics System Kit to compete in this nationally recognized competition. There is no cost to become a member of the club, however a small fee may be incurred to compete in the competitions.
