| The State Board of Education introduced new requirement for high school students called the Michigan Merit Curriculum. In satisfying these requirements, graduates will meet and often surpass the most stringent entry requirements for all colleges and universities in the state, and will provide the academic and applied learning skills business and industry leaders expect in their workforce.
2011 Requirements (2006 8th grade class)
