DIISD Website Report 2008-2009
The state of Michigan has mandated reporting requirements for all ISDs. Beyond complying with the law, these reporting requirements give us a chance to tell our story. Intermediate school districts add value to Michigan’s education system. They save taxpayer dollars by creating opportunities for schools and students on an economy of scale that could not be matched by any individual district.

Mission Statement:
We will work cooperatively with all partners; schools, families and
communities, to provide quality services which will allow all children to
have a meaningful education experience to achieve their maximum potential.

It is the policy of the Dickinson-Iron ISD that no person shall, on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, gender, age, disability, height, weight, or marital status be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination during any program, activity, service or in employment. For information contact Superintendent's executive secretary at DIISD, 1074 Pyle Dr., Kingsford, MI 49802 (906)-779-2690.
