| Qualifications
& Requirements: |
Minimum Requirements include: An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. An Associate Degree in a related field will be considered. A willingness to obtain a CDA Infant/Toddler credential within a one year period or;
A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or related field and willingness to grow professionally.
A minimum of one year successful experiences in a licensed preschool or child care program.
A professional and in-depth knowledge of infant/toddler growth & development and sensitivity to the needs of young children and their families. |

of Duties: |
Work as a team member in all program responsibilities, implementing High Scope curriculum and Head Start Performance Standards. Plan collaboratively with parents and conduct home visiting and socialization services that provide social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth for enrolled parent(s) and child. | Qualifications

1. Two years successful experience working in the welding field OR an associate degree in a welding related field and one year successful experience working in the welding field.
2. Possess the ability to communicate and interact effectively with handicapped, disadvantaged, and regular education 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students.

| Overview
of Duties: |
1. Assist disadvantaged and handicapped students as well as regular education students to achieve success in the Welding and Auto Body programs. This will be accomplished by helping students achieve occupational, academic, and employability skills.
2. Work collaboratively and effectively as a subordinate to the program teacher.
3. Assist in providing a positive and safe atmosphere for students.
4. Keep accurate anecdotal notes relative to the problems and progress of disadvantaged and handicapped students.
5. Supplement instruction by assisting the teacher as directed with remedial academic activities for individuals or small groups.
6. Perform other tasks and duties which may be assigned from time to time by administration.
