Early Childhood Education staff will only discuss your child & family issues with you. They cannot discuss other children or families. Please do not ask us for information concerning any child other than your own.
All children's files are maintained in locked cabinets and are available to only a few members of the staff. A child's records are available to the custodial parents, parents who can make legal decisions, and/or guardians. With your written permission, we will send records to any other agency or individual requested by you.
